Shipping Information
We offer Free Shipping on all of our products our products within the lower 48 States only. If you live outside of this area, please call 1-863-812-4422 or e-mail service@fireplacegateway.com for a shipping quote.
- Our products ship typically ship the same day or the following business, however should we be temporarily out of stock, you will be sent an email with the expected delivery and shipment date. You will usually receive your fireplace in 1 to 10 business days depending on your location.
- Soon after placing your order, you will receive an email to let you know we have received it, if you have paid using PayPal or Google Checkout you will also receive an e-mail from them confirming your payment.

Depending on the size and weight of the item, we either ship with UPS Ground, Fed Ex, USPS or for larger items we use LTL. You will be sent an email when your item is shipped from the warehouse with tracking information.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Check the item when it is delivered for damage. Should your item show any visible damage, please refuse the shipment and contact our office.
