The Dimplex BF392SD 2-Sided electric fireplace insert allows you to build a custom wall, and provide ambiance and entertainment to two rooms at once. The BF392SD can be wired with 110v producing approx 5100 BTU's or 220v producing approx 10000 BTU's. Realistic flame effects and LED lighted logs will enhance the mood in any home. **NOTE: The Dimplex Built-in Electric Fireplaces are designed to be professionally installed and hard-wired into a homes electrical system. These units support either 120 volt service or 240 volt service. Please have your installer read and follow all Installation Manual instructions carefully when installing these units.**

- Our products ship within 2 to 4 business days. You will usually receive your fireplace in 7 to 10 business days

- Depending on the size and weight of the item, we either ship with Fedex Ground or for larger items we use LTL. You will be sent an email when your item is shipped from the warehouse with tracking information
