my order. Just as it's hard to please everyone, it's almost as hard to find
above average customer service in a company.
Not at your
company-it's one of the BEST! Sandi was awesome too, when I initiated the order
and the original logs I ordered were back ordered until Dec., she went above and
beyond by calling me, completing my order on a Friday and staying the extra
hours to take care of other customers as well.
You got a
grin out of me when you told me I was the first (out of thousands) to notice the
log pictures were different.
I hope I
caught you in time before you started looking for the older
logs.
The unit is
absolutely beautiful-especially with the living room lights turned off. It's
amazing how real they look!

OMG!!! I just got my Arrowflame fireplace and it is absolutely gorgeous!!!
I love, love, love it!! It shames our real fireplace! I'm definately looking to purchase another for our bedroom. One of the smaller ones of course! But this one almost makes my formal living room too formal!

You have made my day. The mantel in our dining room has a big empty hole where the firebox should be. The firebox is on the floor in pieces waiting for me to make it work again. I didn't have much hope of finding a replacement switch before my favorite cousin & her husband come to visit next week. Then, Sandi Hodgens to the rescue. You better believe that they will hear the story as we enjoy our evening meal in the warm glow of the Fireplace Gateway firebox, working once again thanks to Sandi. Fireplace was delivered to day very fast service delivery person was very curtious and helpful hope you can pass this os on to trucking company . I haven't opened it yet but box was in excellent condition. Be assured if i hear of anyone else looking for a fire box or fireplace I will send them your way. you may use this letter in

Reference my earlier inquiry. You were quite right,it is not tacky. We like it a great deal and are well pleased. Incidentally, I recommend you ship by someone than Fedex, their service is very poor here and, perhaps, elsewhere. Aside for Fedex' fumbling attempt to deliver the unit, I would strongly recommend the Duraflame insert.
We received our new electric fireplace logs yesterday.
WE ARE SOOOO HAPPY WITH IT ! What a quality product !!
